TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

I understand and hereby agree that if I am employed by Splashtown:

  1. I am subject to and will follow all rules, regulations and policies of Splashtown whether they are adopted before or after I begin work with Splashtown. Splashtown policies are in the employee handbook given to new employees before they begin work. I am responsible for:

    A. Knowing and understanding Splashtown policies in the employee handbook
       
    B. Talking about any Splashtown rules or policies I do not understand with my supervisor or Manager
       
    C. Telling my Supervisor or Manager if I do not receive an employee handbook by the third day of employment
       
  2. If I take ,give away, eat or drink any food, merchandise, tickets, money or any other property belonging to Splashtown for my own use or for the use of other without express permission from Management, I will be discharged immediately and subject to prosecution in court, regardless of the monetary value of item(s) taken.

  3. My employment with Splashtown is at-will and may be terminated by Splashtown or myself at any time for any reason with or without cause or notice.

  4. I do hereby grant to Splashtown, its employees and it's affiliates, agents, joint ventures, lessees, representatives, successors and assignees and their employees (together called the "Company") the right to photograph and use my likeness for advertising or publicity purposes.

  5. I do hereby release and discharge and agree to hold harmless Splashtown and each of the others that make up the Company from and against all claims which I have or may have in any manner connected with any such inspection, polygraph examination test or use of my likeness I hereby agree and promise not to begin any administrative, legal or other action in any manner connected with such claims.
