Team members must complete a lifeguard training and CPR course. Must be able to swim and tread water for two minuets. Training is offered through Splashtown. You must love the outdoors and have excellent customer service skills. The class fee is $80.00 and if rehire they are $60.00.
These team members work the front entrance in the ticket windows, as ticket taker/greeter and in the merchandise shop. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess good communication skills. Cash register and cash handling required. Bilingual a plus. Customer service skills are required.
This position requires excellent communication skills along with a commitment to provide outstanding customer service. Duties include working a multi-line phone while working the front desk. Team member must be able to work computers to process season passes and help guest. Must be self- motivated to do light cleaning of office and clerical work.
Selected Team members work in different areas dealing with food preparation, kitchen sanitation and cashiering. Excellent communications skills required. Must be able to work professionally and effectively with customers.

These Team Members get to party all day long! Duties are to facilitate and maintain the great parties here at Splashtown. This position requires excellent guest relation skills.
Must be EMT certified.
Team members keep our pools looking their best! Responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming pools, cleaning baskets and power washing. Early morning hours.
This position is responsible for cleaning: grounds, bath houses, restrooms and trash as well as other areas as needed.
All positions require the commitment to provide the best service to our guests. Splashtown is a fast paced environment and being attentive and having a positive attitude is a must.
