Guest Relations

We want your visit to Splashtown, San Antonio to be fun and memorable. We have listed below some general information to provide you with park rules and available services.

During heavy rain, high winds and lightning some waterslides and attractions will close. The Sidewalk Café and Gift Shop will always remain open during those times. All rides and attractions will open as soon as safe operation conditions permit.

Rain Checks

Splashtown is visited by South Texas showers every once in a while, but we know the value of your experience is important. Splashtown will happily offer rain checks due to inclement weather under the following conditions: All waterslides and attractions must be closed for 60 consecutive minutes due to inclement weather. One rain check per person will be given at the exit gate. You must be in park for rain check.

Lost Children

We do not page Lost or separated parties. Be sure to have a specific meeting place for all people in your group. Safety is a shared responsibility so please keep an eye on your little one.

Parking

No charge for parking!

Rentals and Services

First Aid/ Health Services

Our First Aid is located just to the right of the EXIT gate. You are invited to bring your wheelchair as none are available for rent or use.

Lockers

Lockers are located at the front of the park next to the front bathhouses. They are available for daily rental by cash or credit card. Cost is $6.00 plus a $4.00 deposit. Deposit is given when key is returned. Not responsible for lost or stolen keys. No refunds.

Tubes

Tubes are FREE and available for use at each ride.

Lost and Found

For lost items visit the Locker rentals.

Credit Cards

American Express, Master Card & Visa are accepted with a Vaild ID for purchases at the Front Gade, Surf Shop, Locker Rentals, Sidewalk Café and the Yellow Bird Cabana.

Private Cabana Rentals

Private cabanas are available for daily rental for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience including hostess service and a chest to lock belongings. Check out the different options.

Park Guidelines

Smoking

Be courteous to others. Smoking not permitted in the Kid’s Kove area.

Line Jumping

Line jumping and other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the park without refund.

Ride Access

Guest with certain physical limitations or impairments may not be permitted to ride some rides for safety reasons.

Picnic Baskets, Food and Beverages

Splashtown does not allow any food or beverages to be brought into the park. Storage facilities are not available. Please leave all picnic items in your vehicle. Splashtown has a Public Picnic area located right next to the Front Gate. Please do not reserve tables by placing ice chest or other items on the picnic tables. We invite you to try our delicious food at the Sidewalk Café!

Lifejackets

Lifejackets are FREE and are located throughout the park. We strongly recommend that ALL inexperienced swimmers wear a lifejacket. Children 8 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Swimsuit attire

Splashtown is a family oriented park so please no thongs! For all those who don’t want to show their itty bitty polka dot bikini…shirts, shorts and cover-ups are allowed. Please no denim or shorts with buttons, zippers and grommets. Shirts are not allowed on the Hydra’s slides.

SWIM DIAPERS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS OLD.

Season Passes
